1. It is not allowed to use medical terms, or terms that are easily confused with drugs, and it is forbidden to promote the curative effect.

2. The promotion of the improvement and enhancement of sexual function is prohibited.

3. The advertisement must be accompanied by a clear and unified sky blue logo, and the diameter of the health food logo in the advertisements of newspapers and periodicals shall not be less than 1 cm.

4. If the health administrative department at or above the county level fails to pass the random inspection, it will suspend its advertisement in the area under its jurisdiction.

5. Print advertisements must be published with the content approved by the industry and commerce department. It is not allowed to modify or increase the content of the advertisement without authorization. The print approval number must be indicated.

6. Health food has started the filing mode. According to the relevant provisions of the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", the State Food and Drug Administration, together with the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, have formulated the "Catalogue of Health Food Raw Materials (1)" and the "Catalogue of Health Functions Allowed for Health Food Claims" (1)" and published on December 27, 2016
